Rich, succulent and full of flavour, our grass-fed Short Ribs, also known as Jacob’s Ladder, are a true comfort food favourite. Cut from the beef rib, these generously marbled ribs become beautifully tender when slow-cooked, with the meat falling away from the bone.

Perfect for low and slow BBQ cooking, smoking, braising or roasting. Our home-bred, grass-fed beef is slowly matured for a minimum of 21 days to develop exceptional flavour and eating quality.
